Today I do Day 3 of Week 1, I know I started a bit late but I wanted to finish 30 Day Shred first! After day one of Ripped, I thought it was no big deal but good lord I'm feeling it in the back of my legs and tushie today! Walking seems like such a task!:P Anyone else feeling the burn?!

BMR..TDEE..HELP?

Favorite Greek Yogurt?
I feel like I always see posts about greek yogurt recipes, brands, health benefits, etc but I was wondering what's your favorite and why? I tried Oikos and chobani but I feel like the 'fruit' ones taste too sweet and artificial for my liking. Thank you for your input!

I recently started 30 Day Shred and usually do it in the morning so I was wondering, would it be best for me to eat before, after, or both?? I was also curious about when would be the best time to eat my protein/carb rich foods?
