Every time I wander into Tader Joe's I want to try EVERYTHING! It's all so interesting. I don't want to get too much of something I hate though. Basically I want to know the healthy things that you guys enjoy from there? ALSO! I'm eager to try Tofu. What's your favorite brand/type from TJ and how do you cook with it?

We don't eat much soy in my house so I can't comment on tofu. However, these items are often on my TJ's shopping list:

sprouted 7 grain or wheat bread
    valencia creamy salted peanut butter
organic reduced sugar jam (raspberry is my favorite)
    almond butter with flax seeds
    shelled pistachios
    50% less salt roasted almonds
    chipotle pepper hummus
    guacamole hummus
    frozen wild salmon
    0% greek yogurt
    frozen berry medley
lite muenster or provolone cheese slices
no salt added canned albacore tuna
no salt added canned diced tomatoes or plum tomatoes
    organic tortilla chip rounds
lite coconut milk (no thickeners added unlike other brands)
    brown basmati rice

    treats:
artichoke parmesan spread (so good spread on toast with grilled chicken, then topped with cheese and broiled - 320 cals)
    dark chocolate peanut butter cups

as far as produce, I don't buy a lot there but I always get:
    organic carrots
    bagged salad
    organic spinach
    organic bagged broccoli florets
(prices can't be beat on this stuff...)

Oh and don't worry about trying new things...you can always return opened products you hate for a refund, no questions asked.
