I got my wisdom teeth extracted about a week ago:sick: and although I enjoy non-chewable foods, pudding, applesauce, and shakes are getting old fast. I was wondering if anyone would give me some ideas to make my morning meal more desirable than plain yogurt or just give me ideas other than soup for my dinner. Nothing with chunks please!

Green smoothies! I know some people think they're weird (mostly because they actually are green), but they're a different way to get greens in, especially if you don't like them, but that's not a problem for me. :)

This is the Skinny Green Monster Smoothie from SkinnyTaste.Com:

    Servings: 1 • Serving Size: about 2 cups • Old Points: 5 pts • Points+: 6 pts
    Calories: 253.4 • Fat: 4.0 g • Carb: 38.6 g • Fiber: 5.5 g • Protein: 17.5 g • Sugar: 18.4 g
    Sodium: 236.7 mg

    Ingredients:

1 small frozen ripe banana, peeled
    2 cups baby spinach
1 tbsp Better n Peanut Butter
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)

    Directions:

Place all the ingredients into the blender, add ice (optional) and blend until smooth.

(OT: I'm guessing you can't add external links in these forums or I would've just linked to the site.)
