Too much sugar!

Since I've started I've been very dedicated to not going over calories and working out but I got curious and started viewing my sugars more often. Holy poo I had no idea at how many sugars I would eat daily! Mine is set at 24 g which I find oddly low. It's almost impossible for me not to go over it though even when my calories are maintained so well. I guess what I'm asking is if anyone else is/has experienced this problem? Does it affect my goals for weight loss?

I have the same problem. Even if I stick to eating fresh fruits, I am still over...0

Same issue here....I have cut almost all of my sugar from my coffee, no more chocolate milk, etc. but I still go way over on sugar....Who knew how much sugar everything has in it!?!....What should the sugar numbers be set to???
