I am a Nascar fan, and its been a long 2 months without watching racing. It starts this saturday with the big one next weekend. not only do i not use artificial stuff, I do alot of canning, etc in season and we purchase our meats in halves and freeze. I am set at 1200 calories to lose my weight, however I only have been consuming about 900....Do i need to up my calorie intake, or will i just lose more with the 900? I just found this site today while surfing. Looks like an interesting site. I have a deadline to meet with weight loss - April 09 - and 20 pounds. Has anyone heard of the calorie shifting weight loss method? Suppose to boost metabolism. Hope to hear from anyone with info on calorie shifting. Good luck to all.
