I'm a choco-holic so I buy the Jell-o Mousse temptations, they are a nice little snack to get rid of my craving, for only 60 calories. Sometimes I have a hershey kiss. But like everyone has been saying its mainly about portion control.

I am always hungry! I am trying to cut back, and I'm definatly eating healthier and drinking a ton of water, but i'm still hungry! I know that fiber fills you up, and that green tea and fish oil are supposed to be good appetite suppressant, but how do you control your being hungry?

wow that was a great story, It really enlightened me to see things that I didn't realize not only about myself but also with my mother who is very obese.

I have a bad habit of binging too much, does anyone else have this problem? is there a way to control it? I know that in order to stop being over hungry you should eat sparatically through out the day which i have been doing, but I still get these moments where a veer off track and just have a hard time controlling... is…

Thats what I do... I also have a big water bottle that is equivilant to 4 glasses, so i fill that out 2ce a day. You really have to just do it to the point where you are eventually subconciously drinking.
