I am always hungry! I am trying to cut back, and I'm definatly eating healthier and drinking a ton of water, but i'm still hungry! I know that fiber fills you up, and that green tea and fish oil are supposed to be good appetite suppressant, but how do you control your being hungry?
I have a bad habit of binging too much, does anyone else have this problem? is there a way to control it?
