Just went and read all that. Wow! I'm thankful that I didn't ever apply to get on the show. I'm thankful that I'm going slow and steady on losing all my weight. That just sounds down-right cruel. FWIW, I wouldn't mind a personal chef that would cook healthy balanced meals for me. :)

I'm a forced early riser. My daughter is a competitive swimmer and has to be in the pool by 5:30 am during the school year and 7:00 am during the summer months. So right now, I get a little sleep in. I'm 41 (almost 42). I've been using MFP consistently since the end of April. today, I hit the 20 lb loss mark!!! I still have about 75lbs left to lose. I work out 4-5x week, because my daughter swims and I have to drive her to the Y, so since I'm there anyway......I would love to have more friends to help me along this…

I have thyroid problems, too. My problem that brought me to my worst, was depression and sitting on my butt. Now, I'm up, exercising and losing fat/building muscle. I feel better and (most days) have more energy. My thyriod wasn't my problem. My brain was my problem. I'm working and pushing myself and seeing some progress…
