I feel the same way... If I burn them why would I eat them? I work out a lot right now and I can't come close to my regular cal let alone eating what I burn. I think my chart said I was between 2000 and 3000 negative for the week. But I lost albs. I'm not starving. I eat just very carefully.

I'm 5' 4.75'' My goal is 130. I was 140 only 5 months ago. I reached 175 in 4 months. If I can gain like that I can lose like that!!!!

I had been excercising 4 or 5 times a week for 6 weeks and didnt lose anything. This last week i dropped 6lbs. It started dropping as soon as I started this site. I guess it comes in spurts with me. I was getting very frustrated but the hard work paid off. Now Im on the road to my goal and I wont stop until I get there.

I need the answer to this too!!! I keep my heart rate above 160 and do an average of 5 miles 4 to 6 times a week for 6 weeks now and not loosing weight. I also do weight training the same days and mostly eat right. But the eating better has come recently. Why is the weight hanging out?
