Get as many friends as you can they are inspirational and sign in daily. One of my friends started when i did and she is at a 25 ib loss, she signs in daily. Good luck I have only lost 14 pounds and its been slow but this web site has helped alot. The best news, more than the weight loss, my colesterol went down 100 points so its keeping me focuced and I love it.

Iam doing turbo jam to get rid of some fat and do turbo sculpt twice a week and when i get close to losing a lot of fat I will move to Chalene extreme.

I have my own chickens so i think farm fresh eggs are good, after all didn't God make them in nature to eat so how could they be as harmful as they say. Maybe if you get some eggs where they feed their chickens harmful things and shoot them with steroids these may be bad.

Wouldn't it be worse to gain back what you lost. I just did this last july I stopped exercising and gained back almost all the 20 I had lost. I thought I wasn't losing either but now when all the fat is back I can feel it and am now starting all over again.

Do you exercise? I do turbo jam and it adds 600 cal. Then its enough food to not be hungry. I am also new but I havent gotton hungry,
