Hello Everyone!

I am Monique and this is day two of my fitness transformation. Last night went "ok". I look forward to chatting with everyone and learning about what's working with their weight loss/fitness programs.

    Get as many friends as you can they are inspirational and sign in daily. One of my friends started when i did and she is at a 25 ib loss, she signs in daily. I on the other hand havent been doing this i was up to a 19 lb loss now i have gained and am at a 11 lb loss. My goal is to sign in daily for at least 6 weeks and do a 6 week program (exercise program) then i will make a new goal. Come join the ride with me
