i am so happy it will be my first full week tommorow...so I have not weaighed back in just yet but it will be the little things like that which keep me going

walking home from the laundromat..I will listen to my IPOD and it normally took the time for 3-4 songs to play and I would be a little winded now today 'less than 2 songs and i was breathing normally YAY ME..:happy:

i will say years ago,,,I did this and it actually worked really well thinking of adding special K again for my cereal vs the Total which gives me my vitamins,,,but the taste it not all that

yeah,,,Im used to yummy BUNNY BREAD but i know its crap and glue,,,,etc so im now eating whole grain,,,whoe wheat,,,any of it bread I bought sara lee 100 % whole wheat(was on sale) and it was not awful,,,,but it was kinda ucky does anyone know a GOOD wheat bread?

ok so I have only been at this a week now,,,,and just reducing calories,,have not yet gotten to work out,,BUT I sure as heck am going to BUT already there seems less of me I am BIG girl,,,small,,,well ok short like 5 feet tall BUT i weigh YIKES 250 so any weight gain or loss is gonna show up and there is less tummmy…
