My stepdaughter had them, the dr froze them off. funny thing is, I told the school about the warts and asked what their policy was regarding swimming and they didn't have one! So she swam with the other kids - it's probably how she caught them. Apparently, only people with allergies are susceptible - no one in our family…

I have it (the requirement of msg) because it is a reasonable request. It's an introduction. When I first joined this site I had trouble finding friends - so I just added anyone... no msg. I didn't understand then about matching up properly - with interests and common goals. I do now.

Baked Beans on toast. OMG, so delicious, simple and cheap.

I just finished WEEK 5, DAY 3. Today too. I took it really s..l..o..w.. and only went 2.5kms in the allotted 31mins (including warm up and cool down) I hate the cool down the most - after I've finished my final run I just want to go and do something else... cool down sucks.

Intense cardio makes me sleepy. Walking and strength not so much.

Was skinny my entire life (I'm talking 40kg/ 88lbs @ 5'1) Until my first marriage - when I gained 5kgs. Separated from him, went back to my normal weight overnight seemingly (I didn't have to try) Moved in with husband #2 after about a year and gained 13kgs very quickly. I have battled it ever since. My current husband is…

A snack snowballs for me. I always overdo it. I'm an all or nothing kind of person. :(

I just did it - I'm tired now. zzz Took a look at tomorrow - jog for 20 mins? How come there's such a big jump? - it starts off so gradual then gets all up in the crazy! What gives?

Geez guys, you are all scaring me! :ohwell:

I get cross when a child spills something/ drops something and then just looks at you - like "What are you waiting for? Aren't you going to get that?" ugh. My youngest stepdaughter has never grown out of this (even though I NEVER pick up after her) and she is 10. Ooh, one time my DH and I were at a birthday party and they…

It's only irritating if you let it be. I reckon just make sure there is milk and cereal in the house - or baked beans and toast and suggest those whenever he texts. Easy - healthy - done. If you need to have more control than this or he finds a way to escalate the behaviour (ie., the issue is secretly something else) then…

Just do whatever you're comfortable with - I never add anything that isn't strictly 'exercise' Even though I have to clean our business premises (which takes hours) and includes vacuuming + mopping hundreds of square feet of floor. Plus polishing an entire wall of mirrors. ugh. I would never add it - because I'm not…

I usually only drink when I'm REALLY upset - maybe once or twice a year. I get lots of people trying to pressure me into drinking at social events (my husband and I go out all the time) I find it massively ANNOYING - I just don't like the taste - it tastes like poison to me. Yuck.
-
I do a lot of dances in front of the mirror lol.

The only person who knows I'm dieting is my husband - and he has said some pretty annoying things (he is obese fyi) Things like "You don't need to eat less, you just need to get up and jog in the mornings" He also gives advice to other's like "Buy a scale that measures bf%" (How will that help pray -tell?) No one has…

We don't have his DVD's but we have worked out with HIM - in the flesh. Earlier this year! It was so much fun - he turned up in a bright orange tutu and proceeded to hug and kiss every single person who turned up for his class that day. We might get a DVD of his (so we can learn the moves as neither of us has ever done…

How did you come up with your goal weight to begin with? and Is there a particular 'look' you are going for?

I can't speak for all shakes but the optislim and optifast shakes here in Australia are VERY healthy. 3 shakes provides every nutrient, vitamin and mineral your body needs for the day. They are amazing in my opinion, but using them properly HURTS SO BAD. (I have done this once with rapid results) Well, dieting hurts -…

I'm Australian... and Pollywaffles The original Milo bar and The mayo they use on the McChicken burger at McDonalds. - Oh man, I could eat that with a spoon. *drool*

I intend to get this app when I've completed the C25K... I'm currently on week 3. I'll add you all then :) Hopefully it'll go on sale in the next few weeks.

Me, cleaning and organising our walk in robe. Also finishing the laundry/ folding and ironing. Probably should vacuum too. I like to talk about cleaning more than doing it :D But I also LOVE the finished results once I'm done - so satisfying, honestly it is like an art for me.

Which has more value? A key that can open a lot of locks? or A lock that can be opened by a lot of keys?

Hi, I once did optifast/ optislim shake diet for one hellish week. I was super motivated though, my body was a yukky shapeless blob and I was miserable. I had 2 chocolate shakes per day - and on either the 5th or 7th day (Can't remember if I did a 5 or 7 day week) I ate a cup of dry fried (no oil) mushrooms. I was starving…
