  • Just finished day 2 of the very first workout. Feel free to add me!
  • Sorry to hear about your hunger pains! I have sooo been there. First few months I just couldn't break the 'cycle' and kept eating my usual aamounts of food. It took me ages of 'I'll start tomorrow' to get real. But now that I've been 'good' for a few weeks I'm finding it easier, this site helped me by understanding just…
  • I haven't 'cheated' in a while... But last time I did I promised myself I would 'atone' - I planned the binge in advance btw. I ate a whole share pack of mini chocolates. It was super fun and a bit over 1000 calories. I started to carry over the calories for a few days - intending to work them off, but turns out I was too…
  • I once saw a show where a woman had loose skin after having 4 babies - a special massage therapist worked with her over several months and made it nearly disappear. So perhaps a massage with oil every day might help? You have to remember to massage it into the position you want it to go in.
  • Yeah, my husband is similar (he admits I need to 'do something' though) My husband is feeling threatened - yours sounds the same, it's pretty common. Just reassure him - talk it out.
  • Thank you <3
  • Can't see your diary and I'm no expert anyway... but my best guess is that you're having issues with over/ underestimating. Food is the super important area not to underestimate. Be as honest as you can be and OVERestimate your food intake if you're EVER unsure. Goodluck xxx
  • Just found it on youtube for free. Taking my measurements tonight and starting tomorrow. Ok, let's do this!
  • Some people don't realise theirs is closed (this was me until recently) Now it is open to my friends. :)
  • When I crave 'bad' food I just work it into my calorie allowance. Whenever I want. That is all. :)

  • Completely normal. Humans are creatures of habit. I pretty much ate a staple diet of bread and milk growing up and I turned out fine. It's when I deviated from this that I gained weight. Eat what you love, in moderation.
  • Im currently at a plateau too :( I am planning on adding some weight training and using optislim for a few days. (I hate optislim but it works really well for me) Oprah said when she hits plateaus she steps up her training - not exercising longer but harder - like going faster on the treadmill but for the same amount of…
  • Weekend at Bernies
  • I also say DO IT - I can't because I have no self control but I know it has good spirtual as well as health benefits. Good luck - it'll be a tough 24 hours.
  • You guys are so good! My staples are bread, milk, baked beans and cheese. (I store both cheese and bread in the freezer fyi) If I haven't done the grocery shopping it's vegemite on toast for every meal until I do. (My husband will grumble but settle for grilled cheese sandwiches or baked beans on toast). It used to be…
  • The girl with the hair. (my hair is long, past my butt, thick, curly and usually out)
  • That guy is a rude idiot. I suggest not talking to him anymore. It's calories in vs calories out. Count calories and cut back where you need to and forget about talking to this guy again. Oh and BTW I misread your title - many lol's for me. :D
  • I use mine until they smell yukky too. Unsure how long that takes - maybe a week. I hang them between showers and they dry thoroughly. If we have guests they are washed as soon as the guests leaves, even if that's a single use - because, you know, cooties. lol. I love to wash towels - but it's a waste of detergent and…
  • I don't look, I couldn't be bothered. But people are free to look in mine - it's pretty boring in there. Bread, milk, cat food, sometimes soap, basic cuts of meat (one tray only) and 2 apples, bunch of bananas. YAWN. But one time I saw a heavily overweight child shopping with his mother and she was encouraging him to get…
  • I think it's a great idea. Kinda - it's a step in the right direction but it's a drop in the ocean. They need to also ban the constant bombardment of ads on tv and billboards advertising junk food. You just can't get away.
  • Stopped eating after dinner/ late night snacking. Sounds easy but was/ is HARD. I no longer allow 'risky' food into the house. No chocolate, no take-away,no lollies, no nothing. I still eat junk, but absolutely NEVER in the house. This is an easier rule - and a surprisingly good one. If I want chocolate I imagine eating it…
  • Hi, I think it sounds wrong. I have nearly the same stats as you - 155cms tall - 27inch waist - teeny tiny wrists - 119pounds. My body fat is 20% - we have a scale that measures BF with electric current. I used to work out with weights 3x a week and ice skate between 4-10 hours per week (although I have had 6 months off…

  • Does it contain meat? I couldn't see any in your description.
  • I don't post fake stuff but if I gain I keep it to myself - I NEVER record higher weights. Too depressing FOR ME - it's nothing to do with being judged or my friends on here. It's a personal thing.
  • Oh man, I tried Bikram yoga in LA when I was there (I'm an Australian) and I couldn't do it. I nearly vomited - it's so intense! Congrats for being able to do it - you're amazing!
  • I feel you. I never had an impressive number of consecutive days logged - but I'm still curious about my stops and starts. I *think* I've been here for maybe 5 months? But i only have like 10 days logged or something... It's a real shame for people who love to see the days rack up - I've seen people get concerned when they…
  • Wow, I'm so sorry this happened, how rude! If it were me I would have told her politely never to interupt my workout again. Maybe you should have stuck around to repay the favour?
  • I am getting more meticulous as time goes on. Currently I do not log if I have a taste (1 bite) of my husbands ice cream or burrito when we're out somewhere. I use quick calories if something similar is in the database but doesn't seem enough, I add extra calories if it seemed more decadent (I had a brand new Baskin…
  • Well, I am very loyal but he has been cheated on before - so I'm guessing his insecurity stems from that. It's a shame he never got over it.
  • I understand what you're saying but especially in the beginning of a diet it can be very painful when you're restricting your calories. You're hungry, you're starving, you're moody and can resist anything but temptation. We all need support sometimes, it's not unreasonable to request it from the people you live with,…
