  • I am doing the 30ds for 6 days a week with 1 rest day, so each level for me will be 12 days. I am also adding a half hour on the Elliptical after doing the 30DS, because I noticed I needed more cardio, and I am less sore the next day. You should take rest days though if you are just starting this program as a beginner, IMO…

  • I only got dizzy on the last plank, the blood rush from sitting up from that plank is what caused it though. Try more water or maybe a protein shake before hand.
