i suppose that helps it more confused me cause i wasn't exactly sure how it would go since those 2 activities are not usually in my daily activities but more like every couple days and it just seems like it would not be factored in but thank you for the help it clears it up alot.

but what I mean is my typical day is active when i have to stack batteries or tires that is usually more vigorous. its a constant usually 10-15 minutes of moving decently heavy objects.
