Ok so I work in the Walmart tle its a pretty physically demanding job. most of my day consists of going up and down stairs, picking up tires, stacking tires, and moving and stacking car and truck batteries. so I put my setting to active, and dont put anything in for exercise unless i do something intense. The thing is I dont know how to enter stuff like when i had to stack 20-30 car and truck batteries on to a pallet, or tossing 15-20 tires on top of our stack of tires in or tire cage? its so confusing

You don't have to log that stuff. You set your activity level to active which should be an average of your normal week. I would only log anything you do beyond normal work.0

Whats confusing about it? It sounds like part of your daily job, so I'm not sure I would log it.
But if you wanted to count it as exercise wear a heart rate monitor and keep track of it as exercise0 -
Yes, only log stuff you do during "exercise time," so to speak. The activity level considers all your regular activities.0

but what I mean is my typical day is active when i have to stack batteries or tires that is usually more vigorous. its a constant usually 10-15 minutes of moving decently heavy objects.0

WIth your activity level set to active, your tire stacking is automatically accounted for (roughly) in your daily calorie allotment. The only time you'd want to log something is if you did any workouts outside of your work shifts. Hope this helps!0

Sounds like a minor detail not worth stressing over.0

If your already set to active and its something you do daily, i wouldnt log it. Now if you do your reg job and then go for a run or walk, id log the walk/run as exercise,0

i suppose that helps it more confused me cause i wasn't exactly sure how it would go since those 2 activities are not usually in my daily activities but more like every couple days and it just seems like it would not be factored in but thank you for the help it clears it up alot.0
