I currently play Assassin's creed revelations. I play it for an hour then watch workouts in netflix (they have 10 minute workouts). I guess It should be the same.. more water coming out since you're perspiring, maybe lying in the bathtub with salt for 80 mins is bad. so switch it up... no idea. :)

I've heard about soaking yourself in a bathtub with salt for 20 mins, then go to bed with 3 or 4 blankets for 20 mins and back to the tub with salt for 20 mins then back to bed for 20 mins... I heard you'll lose 4-6 lbs just by doing that. can you confirm?

I usually have 1200 calories but when I workout, I burn 300-350 calories which will bring me back to 900. will it be better if I won't workout, or just eat more and workout more?

Is calories really that important? I can eat chunk light tuna which is 100 calories compared to chicken breasts which is 300 calories, both will make me full.
