I'm eating anywhere from 1400-1600, minus exercise calories burned (200-300).

Maybe this is why I keep falling into this trap every time I try to lose weight? I do well for a while, then cave and binge on anything and everything!
-
Maybe it's what you're eating..? I noticed that when I eat a lot of processed foods or fast foods, the appetite and cravings are OUT OF CONTROL. It's insane!

Check out symptoms for adrenal fatigue. I take adrenal cortex extract daily to help with fatigue!

1200 calories led me to feeling deprived and ultimately bingeing, ruining my week's progress. Eating over 1400 calories and also burning 250-300 calories is much more comfortable.

Yep

I'm a pear, so it comes off the top first for me. I'm two sizes larger on bottom.

Listen to your body. If you start getting aches and pains, take a day off.

I'm 33, and have lost 175 lbs between three pregnancies! I'd love to be friends!

Sparkpeople.com has meal plans also.

Hi there! Small framed here too! The key to a flat belly is overall weight loss and drinking lots of water. I'd be happy to lend support!
-
I'm in the same boat....someone my same height looks amazing at 140 lbs., yet I still have blobs of fat on my butt and upper thighs at 126 lbs. BTW, I'm 5'5". If you're not happy at your goal weight, just keep going until you feel good when you look in the mirror. I think I need to be at 115 lbs.
-
I've tried every diet in the world, and the only one that I can live with is counting calories! I love my carbs!
-
When I was working, I'd get up and get my workout in before work in my home. Sucked waking up earlier, but I actually didn't miss it. I felt better if I worked out!
-
Same here! The scale has gone up SEVERAL pounds for me, but takes several more days for the water retention to go away.
-
I had to cut out cheat days altogether and just be absolutely 100% consistent in order for the scale to budge. Sucks, but that's life. :/
-
If you're finding yourself constantly hungry on the plan (like I was), bump up to the next calorie range. Meal prep/plan on the weekends. Best of luck! :)

5'5.5" SW: 175 after baby #3 GW: 135 CW: 128 I still have some jiggle in the lower half, so I'm *trying* to get down to 120. Easier said than done though!

She might be small-framed though. I'm at 128 and still have some junk to lose!
-
I'm not sure what you mean.
-
135 was my old goal....120 is my new goal.

I'll send you a friend request! You're welcome to view my diary for ideas.

I was technically overweight with all 3 of my pregnancies..gained 65, 70, then 40 lbs. and lost it all. Don't have pics of pregnant belly, but I was up to 198-230 lbs. each time - not fun! I'm down to 130 lbs. now, so you CAN do it even after babies!!
-
I'm 5'5" and 32, down past my original goal weight of 135...I'm currently 130, but still got quite a bit of fat in my lower half, so I think I'll drop another 10 lbs. and see how I'm looking then!
-
Being 5'5" with a small frame, I think 130 lbs. may be too heavy for me. I think I'll change my goal to 120 lbs. and reevaluate then.
-
I kind of thought the same thing about myself. If there's fat still present, I probably should continue to lose weight. How tall are you?
-
Thanks, I will probably go back to a program I bought last year, "Body Beast".
