Having trouble with appetite at night!
I'm doing great breakfast, lunch, pm snack...but come dinner time, my dinner does fill me up, but then an hour later I'm getting hungry. I 'm trying to eat at least 75 g of protein during the day with all meals/snacks, but it doesn't help at dinner. I'm trying to stay under 1300 calories/day. Help!

Ok, so I've found several recipes online that are healthy and low-cal. However, they list the calories in 'servings', but fail to list what the serving size is (i.e., cup, 1/2 cup, etc.). What do you do in this situation?
