Sounds like a great idea! I am in. Normally I would say yes to being a captain, but right now I have WAY too much on my plate that I don't think I will be able to be a good captain. But think this is a great challenge!

Hey all! I am Kristin, a 26 year old physical therapist living in Iowa (where it is PLENTY cold these days). I am going to set a goal of 10 pounds over the next 45 days. I know this is a little low, but I am going to be on vacation for 1.5 weeks and want to make an attainable goal!

That is awesome. I started same day and had not done pushups forever. I was so sore yesterday I could barely move my arms, so needless to say I did not get my pushups in. Back at it today though when I start my workout in about 5 minutes :)

I am 26 and have at least 75 pounds to lose. I agree it is hard to be on a "diet" or be losing weight as a young person. At least we are young and can still be active to help lose it! Feel free to add me!

Oatmeal is good quick go-to. I have been having smoothies for breakfast lately (with protein powder added). I throw some frozen fruit, milk, and protein powder in the blender. I drink it on the way to work...saves time!

Feel free to add me! If you have not tried it, try making your food diary public and write EVERYTHING in it. Before you go spend money on junk remember that you have to write that in your food diary and everyone can see it. This may be a little extra motivation.
