the episode where ross is winning an award and no one is getting dressed chandler and joey in a tiff about clothes joey goes home puts all of chandlers clothes on and says " hi im chandler bing could i be wearing any more clothes? cracks me up all the time

ok i love to see woman sweating at the gym as for being hot i cant tell if they are wearing baggy sweats and tshirts that hide their assets. what i like to see are glistening abs firm or not and shapely thighs and calves especially the v cut of the calf muscle!! oh yeah!!!

ok enough kidding aside. the recommendation is half your body weight in ounces per day that does not include water you drink from exercising. 8 glasses a day is old school back in the 70s

just rest and get better you cant do well exercising when your body is fighting an infection you can always get back on track once your better. i missed a workout today due to some personal health problems. dont feel guilty your body will appreciate the rest

i agree with you and that is why the word diet is not in my vocabulary who wants to use a word when the first 3 letters are d-i-e?? i mean seriously. i refer to my routine as a wellness or fitness program. also i believe that you should take the word impossible and change it to IM-POSSIBLE!!

sweating is your bodies defense mechanism to keep your body core temperature down as you begin to get hot. have you noticed that you sweat outdoors in the heat even when you arent exercising?? same process. so dont worry about how much you sweat worry more about how you can raise your heart rate during exercise.

you can usually find some at REI or sports authority expect to pay at least 50 dollars for one with chest strap but you can get some cheaper if you like the ones that you wear like a watch.

easy fix dont weigh yourself after a workout just do it once a week at the same time same place same scale and always in the morning when you are the lightest

breakfast is your 1st meal after you wake up generally comes from breaking your fast thus break-fast. it doesnt matter what you read or hear because you are not on the normal schedule as most people and your body adjusts to your daily routine anyway

you may be doing the exercises incorrectly. it is common that people dont use the proper form. i am a physical therapist and you would not believe how much i see this everyday at the gym. if when are doing ab work and feel pain in legs, back, shoulders, neck etc then you arent working abs correctly.
