I work part-time at a YMCA and it's fantastic! The staff are really wonderful and friendly, and I get a free membership too!

I try to think of my day split into 2 parts - and drink 4 cups before lunch- which helps cut down on hunger at 11 am. And then, again in the afternoon another 4 cups.
