I am thinking about cycling from and to work but I don't have a bike. Can you guys recommend a bike for me? I am 5'4" and about 250lbs. I need something with a wide seat. Heeeelllllppppppp!!!

Drink plenty of water and eat veggies. If that fails then stay away from buffalo wings and fruity drinks. I am going to a part as well. I am going to eat before I go and enjoy one cocktail (rum and diet coke). Good luck and don't be yourself up. You can always work it off tomorrow. P.S. GOOOO GIANTS!!!!

I take it one day at a time, one pound at a time. Just start small and make it a habit or pattern. I am here for you if you need me. :-)

I am. I am 5'4" and almost 260 lbs. That hurts soooo much to just to say it. Hopefully with time and motivation I will lose this weight slowly. No fad diets, just exercise and eating right. No Excuses.
