You should try to eat breakfast more consistently ... Should help quite a bit.

I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day (or twice a day). But I only ever count my one weigh in a week (which happens to be this morning haha guess it'll have to wait until tomorrow when I get a new battery) thanks ladies!!

Merci!!

I hear you. I was considering a trainer for that exact reason

I hope you feel better soon. Good luck at the doctors! You'll have to give us an update!

Loved this

I've used MFP for a couple years now. I feel like I need more structure. Also. I've stalled out some.

Imagine how each month's progress will look side by side!! Well done :o)

It's incredibly intimidating when you step on the scale and truly realize the amount of weight that you need to lose. In 2011 I weighed in and realized I had to lose an entire person! I tracked what I ate and then slowly added exercise. In 8 months I lost 60lbs!! I think that once you see the scale moving in the right…

I feel like this happens a lot with me too. I think sometimes ppl will be negative about your successes or victories due to jealousy. It's a big deal when you actively take charge of your life and change things for the better. When you talk about your healthy lifestyle it can make them jealous or feel intimidated by your…

Add me for sure. I check in with my buddies and try to motivate. I like to support my friends when they are in a slump and celebrate all their victories!

Yes!! I lost nearly 70lbs in 2011. Then in 2012 I gained back (so now I'm 32lbs under my heaviest). The first time I lost 60lbs in 8mths. This time has been brutal. I'm losing so slowly. But I think a little bit bc I'm so focused on how much I have to lose to get back to where I was. I'm not really losing slower. I'm just…

I'm 26 looking to lose 100+ as well. Looking for support on this long road :o). Anyone feel free to add me!

Absolute impossibility

Oh yes. Ihad them checked. They are normal. Not hypothyroid or pre-diabetic and I sleep 8hrs a night

My measurements haven't changed at all. My clothes may even be tighter :os but I could be imagining this.

Yeah I posted this in another category to increase the odds it was read. My diary is open to friends, not public. I'm not comfortable making it completely public.
-
I gained 4lbs my first week and another lb the second week
-
That's exactly what it feels like. It's brutal. I'm a person who needs arch support, which my shoes supposedly give me. Hmm. I'll look into those bands
-
Thx. I eat one every morning. I take a multivitamin too. I'll try to be sure I eat it before the work out to see if that helps! :o)

Hello! Please add me if you are looking for support and wanting to give encouragement. I feel like I could use some support to. Encouragement is so important when you have a large amount of weight to lose. I'm working to lose 138+ pounds and become healthier. I lost 70 over 2011 but gained 35lbs back durning 2012 due to…

Thanks so much. I do weigh all my food (or measure if liquid). I drink 8 cups of water minimum a day and use a polar HRM to measure my calories burned during a workout. I will monitor my sodium, but I don't add any to my meals and try to not eat pre-made foods. I really want to be successful. I had previously lost 70lbs in…

The biggest loser is a good game. You do a fitness level test and work from there. I'm pretty out of shape and substantially overweight so I'm only on moderate. Kicks my but though. There are 2 or 3 levels above that. So good for many fitness levels!

well done!!! I'm super impressed :o) I'm getting frustrated with my plateaus .... this helped motivate me some :o)

It's a run/walk program. It was really hard for me (still is) and I had to do week1 for a month before I could move on. But I'm happy with my progress and am looking forward to someday completing the program! I run outside, but have recently been told it's easier on your joints to run on a treadmill or trail (softer…

Keep lots of veggies/fruits in your mini fridge, instead of beer and other more fatty snacks... if you don't have crappy foods available between meals, you'll be fine!

This program kills me... but I'm making it through!! I really want to be able to run someday, runners just look so happy!! Feel free to add me!
