I ran 30 miles on my 30th Birthday in May of this year. Not in an organized race, just on my own, me and the tar roads. there are limits to what you can lose, and weightloss is not always consistent. TDEE is a rough calculation that is dependant on allot of factors that are not easliy measured. you should try starting at no more than a 20% deficit from your ESTIMATED tdee and give it a few weeks. Most days I work out (weights and running) around 6 am and eat my first meal around 12 or 1 pm other days I wait and eat all my calories starting at supper. Works well for me, I enjoy large meals and it has not affected weight/fat loss a bit. Im eating 2500 a day to lose right now so that makes for some awesome dinners :-)

Zero- I was about 235 at my biggest around 18 months ago. Foxy, I have massive rock hard quads from running and squats that you can't find a thing to pinch except up on the inner thighs near the groin. And the marine version based on stomach and I neck put me at 23%

After a few rounds of Stronglifts 5x5, my bench press is still a good 25 lbs ahead of my pendlay rows. I imagine it will always be that way.
