You should consider some weight training like 3-4 times a week, and abdominal exercises a few times a week also. It will tone you up more especially in the tummy area, you dont look like you need to lose anymore fat so getting some muscle definition will probable help you feel better about your tummy. you look great BTW…

Yes because people who weigh more burn a lot more calories. Good for you :) PS you should never eat under1200 cals and I would think 1200 is k inda low for your weight, since your active, I even eat around 1400 something. Just keep healthy :) Good luck and congrats for changing your life!!!

I plan ONE cheat meal each week, and I make it something I have been wanting to its worth it. One meal is not going to make you gain weight, but I also make sure I eat extra good the rest of the week :) You gotta do something to keep you sane lol :)

Well having whey protein before a workout still counts as eating doesn't it? Your consuming calories? My point was it is hard on your body to workout with no calories, like first thing in the morning. :)

Why dont you pack a healthy lunch and some snacks and keep it in a cooler in your car, or make something that wont go bad:) There are healthiER choices when eating out but its all processed junk and still not the best thing you could be eating. Hope it works out well for you!

Are you feeling hungry, how many calories are you eat a day??? The #1 best way to track calories burned is to use a BodyBugg. It is a little expensive but it is more accurate than anything else. It tracks calories burned according to more that just heartrate. I think it measures body temp and all that. You can get it at 24 hours fitness online.

I think Chalean Extreme is a better program than P90x. A lot of ppl I know like it a lot better. They are similar and will both give you great results if you stick to it but Chalean is easier to commit to for 90 days.

You can not get rid of "bat wings" in 5 mins a day. You need to loose weight overall. Resistance training and cardio will help you do that but you will need to spend a lot more than 10 min a day. If you want results you have to commit, Nothing comes easy ;)

I used to work at a busy movie theatre also, for 6 years, I would not qualify it as cardio.
