You have to log the strength training under cardio for it to log the calories burned. I think the weight lifting log is for you to keep track of how much you are lifting. God bless, Karen

I got rid of my big clothes and God provided "new" clothes from someone else cleaning out their closet that were just my size! I totally understand being budget conscious, but you can always shop at the Goodwill or Salvation Army or local thrift store too. God bless, Karen

I've been on this struggle my entire adult life. Thank you everyone. I really try to focus on the mini goals. I've been on this roller coaster for so many years and I'm praying that I'm done with it. God has given me the strength and determination that I need to make it through each day. We all have our struggles but I'm learning to focus on Him and not on food.

Before my kids were in school, I walked pushing them in a double stroller. I had the Schwin bike trailer that can be converted into a push stroller so they were fulling enclosed at didn't drop stuff. I let them bring paper to draw on and snacks. God bless, Karen

Depends if you're able to get back to your healthy eating. With some people (myself included) a cheat day will turn into months of eating whatever I want. Depends on the foods too. Know what you're trigger foods are and be careful with them. God bless, Karen
