  • I log it as pilates. I use Pilate with resistance band videos off You tube to exercise :-)
  • I was stuck too for a few weeks, I too only need to loose 11lbs. I didn't want to up my calories (that's what many posts seem to recommend) and with seeing a lot of people starting or doing c25k I found out exactly what that was and decided I'd do this. Not sure if this has helped me as I've only done a couple of runs but…

  • Hi I'd love to join if that's ok. I started week 1- day 1 yesterday, had a rest today as I ache. Did a few stretches during the day. I plan to do week 1- day 2 tomorrow. Needing support and encouragement. I also downloaded an app for my phone which tells when to run and when to walk. So hope I can do this.
  • Congratulations...3lbs is quite an achievement. Continue what you're doing and you'll soon reach your goal:flowerforyou:
  • Thanks this a great article. Well worth reading :-)

We carry on each day as if it's not there. He's doing great and the hospital are happy with his attitude. I think that's what makes us…
  • I personally would eat the potato. Potatoes are a great choice as a starchy food. They are a good source of energy, fibre, B vitamins and potassium. And although potatoes don’t contain much vitamin C compared to other vegetables. Just don't put too much butter etc on top.

  • I know what you mean. You get to know your portion sizes by looking at them. I log everything but if I didn't have MFP I would kinda know what I could and couldn't have.
