I am 5'5.5" and I weigh 165. I wear size 9-10 pants very tightly (I refuse to wear 11/12). At 155, I was wearing 7/8. At 145 with my bone structure, I was wearing size 7/8 still. I takes me getting down to 135 to wear 5/6.

Kashi GoLean cereal, lots of fiber and protein. And almond milk, dairy will slow your metabolism down if you eat it in the morning. Always drink non dairy milk products all day for the best weight loss.

I eat Kashi GoLean (original) cereal with almond milk every day at work. 10 grams of fiber and 13 grams of protein a serving to keep me full all day. I just keep the two separate until I eat. An apple with plain greek yogurt (sweetened with agave nectar) if I dont eat Kashi.
