Avocados. I have at least one a day. Wine and avocados.
  • I can't live without chocolate and ice cream. I don't care what flavor, but my favorite is pistachio-topped cardamom and rosewater kulfi. It is amazing!!!.

Bailey's coffee creamer. Vodka and grapefruit juice. I realized I don't want to skip on those now and then, because they just make me happy.

And books. I need to read before bed, every night, even if it's just a page.
  • Chocolate & coffee.

Diet Coke- yes I know it is bad, but I rarely drink alcohol and don't smoke. This is my one vice.
    My hubby and pets.
Unfortunately my I-Phone-I love the darn thing.
Oh and Target! Love me some Target!

Irish cream liquor. In coffee or on its own...omg, can't live without it. I'd give up anything else, but this is where I draw my line.

    Oxygen!

I cut it out for a while when I was on the Jupiter diet, but it didn't work out so well.

    Wine. 'nuff said.
Yep. Couldn't live without pizza (at least there are ways to healthify it!) or dark chocolate either!
  • My XS Energy drinks. But thank God they dont impair my weight loss because there's only 4 carbs and a proprietary blend of aptogenetic herbs to make my workout better than before!

Potato chips are my weakness :( I still eat them, but I limit myself to one serving at a time, and no more than 3/day, and that even depends on what I've eaten. Before I started watching what I eat I could eat a whole family size bag in one sitting
