So it's almost back to school time here in Australia and I'm at a loss as to what to put in the lunchbox.
Anybody got any super healthy suggestions?

Veggies (I will put in fat free dip or peanut butter for dipping), fruit, baked chips, hummus, yogurt, applesauce. Sometimes I will buy fat and sugar fee pudding as a treat.

I agree with the hummus and pita chips, as well as hard boiled eggs, fiber one bars, apples, bananas, I sometimes bring nuts like almonds or trailmix. I'm getting my groceries this week so I'm gonna try some cottage cheese [never tried it, always looked gross to me], BUT apparently it has more protein than 4 eggs! Worth a shot. :]

I eat Kashi GoLean (original) cereal with almond milk every day at work. 10 grams of fiber and 13 grams of protein a serving to keep me full all day. I just keep the two separate until I eat. An apple with plain greek yogurt (sweetened with agave nectar) if I dont eat Kashi.
