yes its correct. When I picked my goal weight it was 145, which was when on the BMI charts I would be " healthy". I would be willing to do a round of P90X just to prove that it wont change my skin issue. That some people have it, and some people wont. I did everything right while losing, drank water ( tons) strength training, weights, lost slowly, and STILL have tons of lose skin. Some people have it, some do not, you wont know till…

Because as hard as it is to lose weight, it really is as simple as "calories in , and Calories out" Jillians Book AND MFP showed me that . I could not have had so much success without MFP!

there is a site that will take you down 50 pounds. I am not sure what the site is, but someone on here may know it. you send a pic and in a day or two they send u a skinnier you!

Goals are awesome, you keep having something to reach for. When you have alot to lose, that final number seems so out of reach, but keep reaching for it, and dont settle for "just feeling better " go for it, go for your healthy goal weight. You will feel so awesome when you reach it! Best of luck!

I also picked my goal weight because it put me in the healthy BMI range. on the charts, I have had a healthy fat % for a while.

I want to be able to increase my calories and not constantly think that I will regain the weight that I have lost. I think I will be visiting a therapist this year. :frown:

I do lots of push ups. LOTS . I dont do anything crazy, bench press, bicep curls, pullups .

I got my bracelet from Tiffanys. I wanted it when I reached my goal weight in November. Not sure if I am calling it my goal weight gift or my Christmas gift. EITHER WAY, I am owed a gift :drinker:
