walk walk walk, get on the machines at the gym if you belong to one. My first time on the elliptical I was dying after 2 mins, and had a goal to stay on for 5 . smaller steps turn into BIG ones very quickly. You can do it! Also SWIM!!

I just want to say to everyone who is on their journey, and it seems like its a very long road, when you have a lot to lose, that its so worth it, just keep going ( like Dory from Finding nemo, Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, lol) Just keep plugging away at your weight loss, dont freak out if you eat something that…

Yes I do have loose skin. I have done everything they way they suggest. Lose slowly , drink lots of wateer, use weights in my exercising, I have lots of muscle, but lots of skin too. It had been stretched out for 20 years, I had to expect it. But, its better than fat filled skin :)

About half that much when I first started. I never saw the point of driving all the way to the gym for 20 minutes on the treadmill, I always stayed at least 1 hour. :)

I workout about 10 hours a week, I average 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. I say " average" cause that is how it turns out, 2 nights a week I work out anywhere from 2-3 hours, the other 3 days 1-2 hours. ALOT....

every day, unless I have given the scale to my 17 year old son to hide from me ( I do that every now and then). :)

I usually dont eat them, some days I eat a little more , some days less, I average 1300 a day. :)

well clearly not, but we had been planning it for a few weeks. it was very fun to do , fun to see how hard you could push yourself. No different than someone running a marathon or something like that.

yes, I lost 100 pounds in 1 year, I have lost 179 to date. if you keep doing what is right, it will come off, you have to keep doing it, that is key, even when you are not losing, keep doing it, it will come off!!!

started Dec 2008. had already lost 50 pounds at that point. but that was my turning point with the food and exercise. It is painfully slow here at the end. But so close to goal! But its a lifestyle, not a diet... I just want to be able to say I am at my goal weight . Thats all... :)

I am not gonna lie, ( as my teenage sons would start a sentence ) The skin is an issue. I look fine in clothes, but take the clothes off and its a bit scary... I would have a complete body lift if I had the money. :( But again, I look fine in clothes :)

Thank you all that found this post, it was first posted back in June, I should do it again, I have lost 10 more pounds since these pics! It still amazes me that that is ME, :) thank you :)
