I have been here over 20 months, I have learned that logging my foods daily plus exercise, keeps me honest I have learned about carbs, protein, sodium, sugar, fat, and how my body reacts to them all. Well Said!! I agree completely. I still count calories, cause its so easy to forget that one thing. AND I have to work my butt off to get a high calorie burn! nothing like in the begining At the DR yesterday and my pulse was 52. it takes alot to get it to 152 where I like it for a good calorie burn.

I just took my sugars off what I track cause I was so sick of seeing it in the red everyday cause of my fruit. I do not eat stuff with added sugar, so I am good. I just can't freak out over the fruit thing. It was making me crazy!

I dont know, I think I am one of the odd ones here that thinks it doesnt count for exercise that you track and consume those calories.
