The first 10 mins are the worst! I usually don't get into the grove till somewhere around 15 mins. Stick with it. It gets a lot better!

I had steel cut oatmeal at home, then in the car on the way I had a bobo oats bar, I get them at the smoothie place, they are loaded with Carbs. it was good, I was good! No coffee, but I did have a red bull sugar free shot, cause I needed something. and I drank water, I had to go before the race, and again at mile 2 I…

It took me 30 pounds before losing 1 size in the begining. Now its about 8-10 pounds for a size. I think the bigger you are the more it takes to drop a size.

it takes a long time.... about a year , and that is working your butt off!! I stuck with 1200 , and worked out 5x a week. lots of cardio and lots of weights. doing both made me build muscles and also burn calories. Dont be a cardio freak and just do cardio, Be sure to get those weights in there too!!! Best of luck!

I have to say that yes, it takes a tiny bit longer to pack a healthy lunch and snacks then just throwing a frozen meal in your bag and walking out the door, but its so worth it. on sunday nights, I make my steel cut oatmeal for the week, I put them in 5 little containers and put them in the fridge, I also bake my chicken…

Can I say, without anyone judging or getting mad, that I get a little offended when people ask me if I had it done. ? I didn't, but I. Am always slightly taken aback when people ask me how I lost so much weight. Proper diet and tons of exercise is how, and proud of it. :).
