I drink one or two a day, morning snack and mid workout ( after weights before Cardio) MY son get me my protein powder for a discount so I dont mind buying it and drinking it.

starting weight was 330, I think my goal will be 145, I have 140 on my ticker, but I am at 164 now, and I think anything more than 19 pounds may be too low for my body, so I am going with the 145.

omg do it!! I did it last summer when I weighed over 200 pounds ( well over) I am running a 10k on the 22nd ! It is soo good, you can repeat whatever you want to, I say do it!! and best of luck!

I bring all my food with me to work, and I dont eat anything that I didnt bring with me. I log all my food in the AM before I leave. I log back on after the gym , before I eat, to see how much I can eat, :bigsmile: depending on my workout. Then I try to check the MB and the newsfeed, and answer emails from the site. I…

well I did 55 mins on the stairmaster yesterday and 45 today. MFP had it much higher than what my HRM said. MFP said 623 calories for 55 mins, my HRM said it was only 452. The machine at the gym had it in between . That is a HUGE difference if you are eating all the calories back. just saying.

sometimes you "think" someone has lost weight, but dont know that they are trying ,and dont want to offend them, cause what if they didnt ? so you could be there, and people dont know what to say just yet. keep going, you will get lots of compliments soon!

you can google it, I am not sure what it is for a male , it also goes by age. and then it breaks it down for you. Best time to take it is 10 mins after you wake up but are still in bed. I am proud to say that mine is 58!

you are correct sir. :) it use to be right on for me, really close to what my HRM says. But the lower I get, the less accurate it is. I always go by my HRM, but sometimes I see what people are logging from MFP, and I can only hope that they are not eating all those back, just in case it is too high .

yep, ODD. I only count something if I work up a good sweat, and am breathing hard, THAT is a workout. the other stuff, no, not at all.

the live local, and Matt had posted on Facebook if anyone wants to join them for a workout to let him know, So I did! Turns out that the Trainer, Ali, use to train my friend Jenn ( who was with us ) and work at my gym before he went to the Gym with Matt and Suzy. Ali kicked our butt!
