I dont know. I lift heavy weights 4 times a week and I am not bulky. I weigh more than you, and I and the same height, and I am wearing a 10-12 . So all I can say is people are different. and I never work in the "fat burning zone" for cardio, my HR is ALWAYS up there. maybe try if your not already doing, pilates, I do that…

I lose weight when I have mine. strange I know, But in the 5 days that I have it, I lose about 2 pounds. then nothing for a week or two. I dont get it, and I dont like it.....

I think that people in the begining of their weight loss journey , dont pay attention to the carbs, fat, protein, sodium, and just pay attention to the calorie intake. Can you have your diary open to view? so others on here can see what your eating? you could just be eating too much of something ( carbs, sugar, sodium, fat) and changing one of those things could change things up for you!! Stick with it, you will get there. :flowerforyou:

I wear a HRM when I workout, I enter in all the calories I burn during my gym time. I do weights, then cardio. I do this, cause I wear the HRM and it tells me how many calories I have burned. Chicken and broccoli I eat about once a day, sometimes two!! Egg whites, I love too! I eat around 1300-1500 a day, depending on my calorie burn at the gym that night.

the longest I went was 3 + weeks without losing weight , that was in Jan/feb this year. nothing I did seemed to work, but I didnt freak out too much cause I knew I was still doing everthing right.
