YEAH!!! so happy!!! and its so true! its in my Kashi go lean high fiber high protein cereal... 6 grams. But its worth it for the 13 grams of protein and `10 grams of fiber... :) its tough though... :)

my thoughts, I do not count cleaning, or cooking ... reasoning, you did that before you were trying to lose, yes? so dont count it. to me , its silly. unless you are huffing and puffing, its not something I count... :) just my thoughts.

ohh I went way over on carbs today, I had french fries and a burger with a bun for dinner. but I did good everywhere else and my totals were good. I ran for 45 minutes today with no pain, YEAH!!! thanks Mandi, Jake is spending the night at her house with her brother , her sister and mom are staying at the hospital. it sounds like she will be ok to go home tomorrow. Jake has been worried sick.. it has been so hard to watch him this way... he may be 19 , but he is my baby and my heart breaks for his heartache.....

umm I drank all weekend, I was away for girls weekend.... and I ate tons of crap. So happy to have such a clean day, I am glad we are doing this again too!!!

no you dont get booted. But trust me, you will feel so good about yourself if you dont eat those cookies, or dont drink ... you will feel so empowered ! give it try :)

if you are a cookie sweets candy SODA person in general, then YES I mean those.. if you already have cut those out ( as I have) and want to give yourself that extra push , then I mean limiting in general. My goal is to keep my sugar grams at or below 25 a day. that includes all sugar ... including fruit. But that is me.…

I hope this does it for you ! anything that starts with MAL is bad,, there is another thing, MALIC something that they through in there as well. avoid it all, it may help your tummy. :)
