I really do not know if I am the " MFP Biggest Loser" Mike would be the one with that answer :) Thank you. I can say that I did it all with MFP, and I DID NOT REPEAT DID NOT have surgery ...... :drinker: :bigsmile:

I really hope that for someone who is struggling with weight loss and the thought of needing to lose so much, sees this post and feels like they can do it. I am a regular mom to 4 , a wife, and I hold a full time job. I still found the time to do this, to workout. You can do this too!! Tami

I followed MFP, that is all I did . I stayed around 12-1400 calories a day, some days I would eat my exercise calories back, but more often than not, I didnt. If I was hungry, sure I would. I worked out like crazy, about 10 hours a week , cardio and weights. I made the most of my calories, with high proteins and less…

I stopped looking at my sugars, cause the sugars I do in take are from fruit, and yes, super frustrating when you look at those numbers.

it took me almost two years to lose 187 pounds. I reached my goal weight in Nov 2010. I joined MFP in JAN 2009. Everyone has done fabulous! you all should be proud!

I think I weighed around 200, I think it was a bit more or less , when I could stop shopping in the plus sizes. I am 5 '4 , and I weigh in the low 140's I wear a size 6 in most bottoms, but anywhere from an 6- 9 in most dresses, and anywhere from a med to a x small in tops. it does vary. good luck :flowerforyou:

your protein should be at least 1 gram of protein per pound that you weigh, when you are trying to increase your muscle mass. so if you weigh 200 ( I did not note how much you weigh) you should be eating AT LEAST 200.
