Here is another picture : inner arms has the skin. and take my word for it, the weight loss will still seem so nice... it will. I would have NEVER thought I could wear this dress when I weighed 330 pounds, even if I did find one that fit me, I was a size 28 , I am now a size 6, TRUST ME, The weight loss seems so nice!!!

I have extra skin... cant you see it??:frown: I hope you look at my muscles first , then notice the skin, if you do, you will know that I have done something amazing and am now a healthy , happy , thin person who has muscles and some extra skin, which is a whole lot better than the person in the before picture..... dont…

I wont even wear short sleeves out in public on most days, let alone a bikini! I have major muscle defination , I am just not going to subject anyone to the sagging skin that I also have. that just wouldnt be nice.

5 pounds is my marker. I still measure all my food, and log it every day. ... 5 pounds.. NOT 10. :) Good luck!

it is not out yet, and its for Group Health publication . I think it just goes here in the Wa State area, but I could be wrong. ? it will be out in about a month .

:drinker: I am going to say this : they are a gimic. Pure and simple. you will not get the round butt that they show in the ads just by wearing them. Also, being a group fitness instructor, I do not think these are good to wear while in classes or doing cardio. do things that work your glutes, do lunges and squats and hip…

not to mention, ugly... lol I do not think these work, and they certainly do not take the place of any workout. Want a rounder butt? Do squats and lunges and LOTS OF THEM!!! take my word for it. :)

it could be something you have to figure out on your own, or with help from your DR. I can not eat that much, even with all the calories I burn every week. MY body got use to eating a lower # that when i increased, I actually gained. It took , me talking with my DR to figure it out. I will never be able to eat that many…

I feel like its so easy to fall back , or it could be so easy to fall back, that its better for me to stay logging and keep moving forward. Its so easy to forget you ate something... so you better log it!
