I am sort of stuck at my weight right now but I am down from size 42 blue jeans to size 38 and from 2XL Shirts to XL. Love not having to shop in "Big and Tall" any more.

I live in MS and I know EXACTLY what you mean about the water. I only drink bottled water.

I usuall allow myself on "cheat" day and thats usually on the weekend. As far as fast food goes, I try to stay with Subway or the Fresco Menu at Taco Bell to stay on track.

I would eat a low calorie lunch and dinner. Start again tomorrow and stay under your goal.

When I get hongry I was trying the water thing but for me, putting a lot of water on a empty stomach makes me queasy. So I started drinking Coke Zero instead and it seems to work better for me.

So far I just control my diet and have lost 33 lbs. So you can get there without exercise. I am going to start sit ups and push ups every morning though. Time to tone up some.

Ok since you all can see my pictures now I have a question. How much lower should I go? Some people say I should stop now. (243) My first GW is 230 and ultimately would like to settle down at 200. Is 200 too low?

I hit a plateau as well at 30 lbs. I changed my goals from losing 2 lbs a week to losing 1 and MFP increased my calories by about 200. Ever since I started having more calories my metabolism has picked back up and I am starting to see a change about. Averaging I would say about 1/2 lb a week.

Get rid of all the junk food in the house. That way if you binge you can only binge on healthy food like celery.
