I'm at a plateau as well. I do weight training at least 4 times a week. Three of those days are with a PT. I upped my calories from 1500 to 1600 and still haven't seen a change on the scale. Seafood gumbo with brown rice. I made a huge pot of it a couple of weeks ago, broke the leftovers up into individuals meals and put them in the freezer. Reheat and it tastes like it was just made! (without all the work it took originally)

My crazy boss made me work too much today so I haven't read all the posts, so in case it was missed. If you do select exercises before and after eating the pizza it will all even out.

You log onto your computer to log your food, then check your phone to see the pie chart of Carbs/protein/fat content. We have all drank the Kool-aid, we just watched our portion size and only used sugar free.

I ran my first 5k a week ago this past Saturday in 37.19 minutes. I did have to stop and walk a couple of times, but I made it all the way through and LOVED IT!
