from what ive read and things ive done cheat days are are not needed but at the same time are.. it depends on the person .. genetic..etc i personally have 1 cheat day a week which is usually Saturday.. from what ive read from other forums and things like that... people have cheat days in order to avoid a stress hormone…

i do about 250-300 grams of protein 150-170 carbs and 80-100g of fat 21 saturated mostly the rest mono unsaturated and poly unsaturated... im jus dieing to get my abs lol micro managing just became a habit
