Hi, I'm on 1200 and finding it really good. I'm eating all day (grazing), it's just about good food choices, it doesn't mean you have to skimp on food. I eat lots of protein (eggs, fish, chicken), oatmeal bread, little red meat (once a week), lots of fruit and veg and plenty of water. I don't have a problem with it at all.

awesome thanks! I would be SO sad if I had to stop eating my fruit!
-
Yea i'd like to know that too, I've seen alot of posts about this before, and everyone says you should, but i don't reaaly understand why!
-
I was thinking about it, but to be honest, I just tried to educate myself about food in general and made my own menus and meal plans, just so I have an idea of what i can eat, and eat in moderation, because i think cutting things completely out of your diet isnt good for you or your motivation. Good luck with it , though…

Yea I have that problem, my dad is north african and all my family over there are big, curvy girls, the 'way they should be'. but they eat so much as thats how they socialise is eating together AAAAALLLLLLL the time. so my dad reckons my goal of 135 is ridiculous and is angry at me for trying, but hey, its not his fault…

Yea I work from home so I'm on my own most of the day in my studio...sucks! It can be so hard just to even get up in the morning sometimes, and i know the fridge is going to call me and no one is going to stop me! But I think this site is super helpful for motivation and a lot of people are in the same boat, just venting…

Have you been keeping to your calorie limit? it could be a number of things, but its impossible to gain that weight from fat if you've been hitting your goals. It could be muscle, water, or something else if you are. Don't give up! I felt the same way for ages, nothing ever shifted, but i lost my first 1lbs this week! keep…

my weight has never shifted up or down despite binge eating or eating 'normal' all my life, so I know its all down to exercise + cutting all junk for me to lose weight.
-
have you tried white tea? it is packed with the good stuff, more than green tea! Best one is Pai Mu Tan, its delicious and refreshing. this is my favorite tea shop - realy good info: http://www.yumchaa.co.uk/

Hi! I'm 24 and looking for new friends! add me up! x

I agree, everyone has a different routine. Although eating at different times in the day every week can help aid toward fast metabolism, as your body doesnt know when to expect food and work slower.

http://www.aquasana.com/how_much.php Also, i think it's quite dangerous to be drinking too much water...your kidneys get overloaded and don't work as fast and swells your brain. I don't think 5.1 litres is healthy...

I had the problem of going cold turkey with smoking, I just couldn't quit! So my friend told me a great way of doing it, just tell your self you can only have a smoke at the weekend when your out with friends or socialising. By the time the weekend came and I had those cigs, the sunday my mouth tasted awful, which I hadn't…

I used my mum's wii fit when I was home for Christmas and it was INCREDIBLE! i really want to buy kinnect for XBOX as i already have an XBOX 360, but soooo expensive...maybe worth it though, it realy does help you stay on track, especially with the wii fit, it tracks your fitness like on here just by standing on the board!

Yep! And also I hear a very nice person which gives her extra bonus points in my eyes!

I think most models we see(if we are talking catwalk) that are 5"11 are extremely underweight and unhealthy, and only 2% of women in the world look like that. You BMI for a 5"11 should be between 140 - 171 lbs. I think the best role model for people aspiring to be model thin is Miranda Kerr, shes not too skinny, but she…

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-r9WCEGJbPBQ/TVNmB1RXaKI/AAAAAAAABs0/a8801Pbyep4/s1600/afull-daisy-lowe.jpg love daisy lowe, shes a real inspiration for me as she promotes women supporting each other and not calling each other 'fat' to make ourselves feel better, like magazines do.

Haha, your definitely right. thanks! x

Im 5"6 and 142 lbs. I'm eating my calories and exercising at least 30 mins a day and drinking enough water (8 glasses). I actually do feel a lot better in myself, a lot more awake and energized. My ticker is from ages ago so i've lost that since i first joined here (like a few months ago). I know I'm actually a healthy…
