Gym Virgin
Hi, I have just joined a gym which I'm excited about, but I have no idea where to start with how long i should go on each machine/ which ones should I use for best results etc. I've had an induction so I know how to use them, I just don't know how to write myself a plan, or find one online! any suggestions?

new clothes!
Anyone finding it hard to get over the fact that you've dropped a dress size?? I walk into the shop and still pick up larges to try in the fitting room, and actually need a small now! Not complaining about success, I'm thrilled! But I also miss some of my old clothes that are waaaay to big now :(

I plateaued about three weeks ago, and taking peoples advice (reluctantly) I upped my calories from 1200 to 1390. Much to my surprise and glee, I started to loose weight again! Fruit and Carbs
I'm trying to lower my carb intake, but all of my carbs seem to come from fruit! (bananas, nectarines) and I don't really want to give those up...are fruity carbs bad?

yo-yo calories
My calories over the week seem to be pretty low, even though i'm pretty full all day, but at the weekend I tend to go over. Does this balance things out? say over 200 calories on sunday but under on monday, does that make it ok? or am I not eating enough/ should i try stick to 1200 a day?

I need some to help, I'm not sure whether my diary is totally all over the place as I've gone over my calorie count here and there, but also gone under other days...is this bad? Will it mess with my metabolism? ps. I had the worst cheat day today, don't judge! :)

Since using MFP, I've become SO paranoid about having a cheat day. fruit and sugar
I know that fruit has 'good' sugar that is way different to sugar in say chocolate, but i do eat a lot of fruit, say 5 - 6 pieces a day. On MFP its saying i'm way way over my sugar allowance, but its literally just from fruit....don't understand, help! should I not eat so much fruit?

This is always why I give up!
I've been eating super healthy and exercising really hard for about 2 and a half weeks, and NOTHING. I never seem to loose weight, and I always just give up at this point cause i feel like my body doesn't want me to do it! Anyone else have this problem?

Too much protein
I've been hitting my calorie targets (or just coming under) but I always seem to be -20 protein which means I'm eating more than my goal...I'm not sure but is that bad? Does it make you put on weight or not?
