I have been working from home since the lock down, sitting nearly 10hrs a day, just bought a excercise ball to use as a chair, bouncing up and down majority of the day, has anyone used them, and do they help?

I have been doing it for 5 weeks going on level 3 tomorow. I have been doing 4/5 days a week that why I took 3 weeks instead of 2 on level 2. Loved 30 day shred didn't lose a lot of weight but lost a lot of inches and more toned. I have just started her Body Shred which is more intense 50 days long but only 30 mins which I love.

I just started Jillian Michaels Body Shred I believe it's also part of the Beach Body. Very intense but only 30 mins long which I love.

I'm in . My biggest problem finding time to exercise have 2 young boys. After work it's homework and dinner. Thinking of waking 30 mins early to exercise. Current weight after thanksgiving 179. Goal weight 145 when I turn big 40 in May.

When I started excersing mine also came early and was also spotting and I am on the pill so I am very regular but went back to normal 2nd mth, I guess my body was now used to excersing, it had free ked me out at 1st but it's normal :D

In my experience when I tried to do low carb my milk supply decreased so went back to eating cabs until I finished breastfeeding, maybe differant for others.
