Working out during Thanksgiving?

    My gym was packed this morning at 730am. Got a good hour Workout in ...bring on the food!!

    Mine is open in the morning thankfully! I always have an exercise bike at home though. And there's walks.

    Our gym is closed too to allow their staff to spend time with their families. Did an hour long HIIT, abs, strength training video at 6 am and now ready to eat.

    Hour of BJJ this morning!
    Our school was closed, but one of the coaches opened up so we could have an open mat.
    I got to choke my teammates so I wasn't tempted to choke my family at dinner. Lol

    We had Thanksgiving on Monday (hooray for leftovers the rest of the week!), so got extra time for exercise today: one hour weights, one hour elliptical, 30 minutes stretching, and two hours walking...

    I ran in the morning. I don't go to a gym though so it's not an issue for me.

    My gym was open til 2 pm, so I went for some weight lifting. Brought running gear to my parents place to potentially do a few miles later.

    I ran on my treadmill for 40 minutes this morning before everyone got here.

    Beautiful 70 degree day so I went for a run before the Cowboys game started.

    Internal clock doesn't understand holidays, so I was up at 5:45am anyway and went to gym. Ran 14km and walked 1 mile as cool down. Burned about 1000 calories and then ate those. But I am in the hole about 5500 calories today, so whatever.

    My gym had classes this morning. I went to Barbell Strength, esp as I missed my regular om Monday. It was harder than usual which was great. In years past I've done the Drumstick Dash, which benefits a city food pantry.

    It's hard to time the workout and the eating if you have to prepare food but fortunately my food assignment was easily done the day before.
