    I think non-stop on my feet cooking from 7am-3pm will be my exercise for the day. If I have energy after dinner, I will go for a walk. I expect to hit 10K steps for the first time (this start over) tomorrow.

    I wish my gym was open.. but okay, I will go for a walk tomorrow & bring my boys with me.. we live on an Incline so once my youngest is tired I'll carry him all the way back up.. nice 65 pounds of weight hugging my back. Thanks everyone! :smiley:

    I don't do gyms, but I will be doing a combo dumbbell/HIIT body weight routine at home right after putting the turkey in the oven. To earn some pie.

    I usually take a couple of rest days, so missing tomorrow isn't a big deal. Well take our usual walks

    My gym is open most of the day. There's a two hour spin class that I'll be at tomorrow morning.

    Really? Two hours? That sounds fantastic!
    We turned our garage into a gym and I have my own spin bike. I completed an intense 1 hour spin session this morning. YouTube has soon great free workouts!

    My gym is open this morning. Took an Edge Strong BURN class! Took a HIT class last night and have a training session scheduled for tomorrow.

    Was on the treadmill at 6:00am at the hotel I'm staying at. Fitness room was empty...loved it :)

    Our gym is closed too to allow their staff to spend time with their families. Did an hour long HIIT, abs, strength training video at 6 am and now ready to eat.

    Our school was closed, but one of the coaches opened up so we could have an open mat.
    I got to choke my teammates so I wasn't tempted to choke my family at dinner. Lol

    We had Thanksgiving on Monday (hooray for leftovers the rest of the week!), so got extra time for exercise today: one hour weights, one hour elliptical, 30 minutes stretching, and two hours walking...

    My gym was open til 2 pm, so I went for some weight lifting. Brought running gear to my parents place to potentially do a few miles later.
