I'm so proud of you doing all of this in one year! My highest weight was 267 on 1/1/12 and now I'm 188 (almost like you), although it's 1.5 years. You are inspiring!

I guess I'm the odd one out. On exercise days I'll eat more calories :) I shoot for 1,200 on non-exercise days and 1,500 on exercise days. I don't go overboard and binge or anything.

I just finished my first half exactly one month ago today. It was awesome! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
